As a key member of our Delivery team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of our Engine platform for clients. This exciting opportunity requires someone who is passionate about driving digital transformation in the banking sector and has a strong background in project management.

The ideal candidate will have around 5 or more years of experience in client-facing roles, consulting, or technology companies, with a proven track record in delivering complex programmes through all stages of the delivery lifecycle. Additionally, they will have some experience in financial services and technology delivery, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

In this role, you will work closely with clients and systems integrators to understand their requirements and share expert knowledge in the Engine platform. You will be responsible for managing the Engine delivery team for a particular client implementation, ensuring we meet programme delivery timescales and leading on the Engine implementation through all stages of the delivery lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day delivery across multiple workstreams
  • Leading a small team of product consultants
  • Supporting testing, iterative build process, and go live for the client

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a generous holiday allowance, you will also receive benefits such as 16 hours paid volunteering time a year, salary sacrifice pension scheme, and private medical insurance.
