  1. Work closely with the Facilities Technician to perform routine PPM tasks, safety checks, and manage ticket requests, responding promptly to emergencies.
  2. Supervise and maintain facilities management systems, including contractor management, fire and security systems, CMMS, and CCTV, ensuring regulatory compliance at both locations.
  3. Plan and execute refurbishments, building projects, ESD flooring, and equipment installations, upholding operational standards.

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum
