Senior Sales Executive

We Are Workforce Ltd is seeking a skilled Senior Sales Executive to join our team in the East Scotland Region. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities and maximising sales of capital equipment. You will build relationships with existing customers and develop new relationships to increase sales in your territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the Komatsu brand and take responsibility for the sale of capital equipment in a given sales territory.
- Maximise profit potential on each sale.
- Achieve agreed sales targets as specified.
- Provide all necessary information to the Sales Support department to facilitate order processing and machine delivery.
- Carry out new machine demonstrations in line with company procedure.
- Accurate and timely completion of all sales related documents.
- Utilise and maintain CRM system encompassing call planning, sales opportunities, market intelligence, competitive activity and forecasting.
- Attend shows and exhibitions as and when required.
Person Specification:
- Experience of working in sales.
- Able to demonstrate previous sales success.
- Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Excel).
- GCSEs A-C.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Strong communication skills and excellent presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated.
- Well organised.
- Steadfast.
