Job Title: Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer

Dr. Oetker UK, the home of Ristorante and Chicago Town pizzas, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer to join our state-of-the-art production facility in Leyland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Uphold high standards in Health and Safety, Food Safety, and GMP to ensure a safe, secure, and compliant work environment.
  • Be part of a dedicated Engineering Maintenance team that plays a key role in ensuring the smooth running of all machinery in the production areas.
  • Provide a proactive and reactive professional engineering service to maintain and improve the performance of the plant.
  • Complete Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks, troubleshoot, diagnose, and correct equipment issues, and assist with root cause analysis to promote future reliability and improvements.
Requirements:
  • Educated to HNC, HND, or degree level, or equivalent, and apprenticeship time-served Engineer.
  • At least 2 years of post-apprenticeship engineering maintenance experience, ideally served within an FMCG hygienic production environment.
  • Technologically savvy to enable full use of the CMMS systems, MS Office, etc.
