- Ensure compliance with UK ethical standards and drive ESG reporting tailored to retailer specifications, down to farm level.
- Maintain and report relevant data on retailer grower lists and monitor ESG metrics.
- Focus, monitor, and report on retailer projects related to social and environmental issues.
- Manage annual labour supplier audits for compliance with labour standards.
- Present up-to-date ESG data and reports to retailers and internally, tailored to retailer sources.
- Maintain and update Company ESG and certification policies and procedures.
- Maintain compliance with UK ethical standards (Smeta, BRC, Stronger Together, etc.).
- Experience of UK compliance and ethical standards (Smeta, BRC, Stronger Together).
- Excellent data tracking and reporting skills.
- Strong relationship-building skills, particularly with retailer ESG departments.
- Current role may be in a FMCG or Retail Organisation.
- Fresh Produce experience – advantageous.
