We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our small and friendly maintenance team of 7. As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the department, including managing client accounts, preparing quotations, and ordering materials.
Key Responsibilities- Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records
- Prepare quotations and orders for materials
- Provide administrative support to the maintenance team
- Assist with project coordination and administration
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a coordination or administration role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
We offer a competitive salary of circa £28,000 PA, plus benefits including:
