Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Associate Planning Director to drive complex projects and provide expert planning advice to clients across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage planning projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with planning policies and regulations.">
  • Provide expert planning advice to clients on a diverse portfolio of developments.">
  • Manage and mentor junior planning staff, fostering their development within the company.">
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including local authorities, developers, and consultants, to ensure successful project outcomes.">
  • Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities and enhancing client relationships.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • RTPI membership or equivalent professional qualification.">
  • Extensive experience in town planning, ideally within a consultancy environment.">
  • Strong understanding of the UK planning system, particularly in London.">
  • Proven track record of managing and delivering complex planning projects.">
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.">
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while taking initiative.">
