Carrington West is a dynamic consultancy based in London, offering expert development control services to our clients. We are seeking an experienced planner to join our team as an Associate Planner/Director.

**About the Role:**

This is a leadership position that involves project management, commercial acumen, and flexibility. The ideal candidate will have experience in a planning consultancy or local authority and be able to identify new business opportunities.

**Responsibilities:**

- Lead and manage projects across all stages of the planning process.

- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the consultancy.

- Work from the office on Monday and Tuesday, with the option to work remotely for the rest of the week.

**What We Offer:**

- Competitive Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

- Flexible Working Arrangements: 2 days in the office (Monday & Tuesday) with the freedom to work remotely the rest of the week.
