We are seeking a caring and supportive individual to fill the role of Care Companion at Bluebird Care. As a member of our household team, you will assist our customers in maintaining their lifestyle and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide emotional support and companionship to customers
- Assist with daily tasks, such as personal care, laundry, and cleaning
- Engage in leisure activities, such as reading, puzzles, and games
- Help manage medications and perform other tasks as needed
- A minimum of one year's experience in care or a related field
- Fluent English skills and good communication abilities
- A valid driver's license (not essential)
- An estimated annual salary of £35,000 + per year (£730 - £830 per week) based on a 46-week working period
- A comprehensive training program, including accommodations if required
- Ongoing support, supervision, and opportunities for career advancement
- Access to accrued holiday pay, flexible scheduling, and regular breaks
