We are a leading recruitment agency based in Bridgwater, UK. Our company provides a wide range of services including permanent and temporary staffing solutions.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled HR Manager to join our team. As the ideal candidate, you will possess a Bachelor's degree combined with a minimum of 5 years HR experience.

  • This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to make a real impact within their role while working with a talented and dynamic team of professionals.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing holiday calendars, staff absence, and sickness records, as well as recruitment, JD's, benchmark checks, draft offers, Right to Work checks, temp payroll confirmations, and fee negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a range of tasks including personal administration, recruitment & onboarding, payroll & general office management duties.
  • Deal with personnel issues, queries and support of line managers.
  • Conduct probations and performance reviews & training and development, personnel files, legislation advice.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree combined with minimum of 5 years HR experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong planning, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with collaborative working abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with high attention to detail.
  • Confidentiality and proactive attitude.

  • Competitive salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum.
