About the Role
We are seeking passionate and dynamic educators to join our Higher Education team at the Fashion Retail Academy. Successful candidates will be instrumental in shaping the educational journey of our students across Levels 4, 5, and 6, fostering industry-relevant skills and creative excellence. We are seeking educators with expertise in Fashion Communications, Fashion Marketing, and Fashion Business.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organise and deliver exceptional teaching activities for this module, ensuring every student receives the highest quality teaching, learning and feedback, successfully preparing them for roles in industry.
- Create and deliver industry-relevant module content, in line with the course and wider programme objectives.
Requirements
- You will have a Master's degree in Fashion Marketing, Communications, Fashion Business or a related field.
- You will have a PG CERT in HE Teaching.
- Industry experience in fashion marketing, communications, or fashion business is highly desirable.
- You will have proven experience in teaching or training, preferably in higher education.
Compensation
The hourly rate for teaching is £42.00 per teaching hour, inclusive of preparation and associated pedagogic work. Non-teaching duties across provisions, including course development work, are paid at £23.85 per hour inclusive.
