Business Transformation Opportunity

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team at Peaple Talent. As a Business Transformation Analyst, you will work on a variety of projects, collaborating with stakeholders to understand their requirements and working with delivery teams to develop innovative technology solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Interface with stakeholders to build trust and gather requirements
* Work with delivery teams to design and implement technology solutions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business transformation
* Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement

**Requirements**

* 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology project
* Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
* Ability to work in a slower-paced environment with manual processes
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
