About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team at Peaple Talent. As a Business Transformation Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business growth and improvement through the implementation of technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interface with stakeholders to understand their requirements and work with delivery teams to build technology solutions.
  • Work on a variety of projects, spanning 6-24 months in length, to drive business transformation and improvement.
  • Translate manual processes and niche skills into helpful technology solutions to speed up ways of working.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes.
Requirements
  • Current experience as a Business Analyst working on Technology projects.
  • Ability to work in a slower-paced environment and translate manual processes into technology solutions.
  • Understanding of AGILE methodologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
