We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in North Northumberland. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers in the comfort of their own homes.
About the Role:- Provide personal care and support to customers, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication prompting, and food preparation.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to customers, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent customer outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in care and support.
- A competitive hourly rate of £13.00, with £12.50 per hour for travel time.
- Paid fuel at 35p per mile.
- Weekly COVID-19 testing and access to the vaccine.
- Flexible working hours to suit your needs.
- Paid annual leave and a workplace pension scheme.
- A £400 referral scheme for introducing new carers (terms and conditions apply).
- A fully paid induction in line with the Care Certificate.
