Your new role
As a multiskilled operative, you will be responsible for carrying out repairs at change of tenancy. This includes tasks such as hanging doors, patch plastering, tiling, basic plumbing, replacing kitchen units, replacing window boards, and changing locks. You will be working as part of a voids team tasked with upgrading recently vacated properties to bring them back up to a lettable standard as soon as possible.
What you'll need to succeed
NVQ level 2 or equivalent
Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle to get to the depot
Previous maintenance experience (ideally within social housing)
