Job Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the neuro and stroke team within Epsom Hospital. The role consists of supporting the Physiotherapy team to provide assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for neuro patients within the acute inpatient setting.

This role provides the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients.

Main Duties of the Job

This role is to assist Therapists in providing a high standard of therapy services to in-patients at Epsom. To undertake duties to support the smooth functioning of the therapy departments and service. To ensure stock levels of mobility aids are maintained and stock re-ordered in a timely fashion. To oversee the organisation and maintenance of Therapy wheelchairs, hoists and standing aids. To treat patients with minimal or no immediate supervision, according to protocols and guidance. To assist in the administration and clerical duties of the department.
