Job Title: Academic Teacher for Early Years

Location: Whitchurch, Buckinghamshire

We are seeking a qualified teacher to join our team as an Academic Teacher for Early Years. This is a full-time position that requires the ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the EYFS framework.

  • Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Provide a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment that promotes exploration and discovery.
  • Assess and monitor children's progress, identifying areas for growth and implementing strategies to support their individual needs.
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to foster a strong sense of community and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience working with early years children, preferably within a primary school setting.
  • Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework and best practices in early childhood education.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • A passion for teaching and a commitment to inspiring young learners.

Estimated Salary: £34,950 - £51,600 per annum.
