Pupil Support and Progress Lead

We have laid the foundations of a truly great school during the first six years of our history. The successful candidate will provide outstanding pastoral and academic progress support for pupils, liaising with key staff and external agencies, and possessing a relentless dedication to improving the life chances of our pupils.
The estimated salary for this role is £38,000-£50,000 per annum, depending on experience. Reporting to the Head of Year and Lead PSM, the main purpose of the job is to provide outstanding pastoral and academic progress support for pupils.
Main Responsibilities:- To work in partnership with and support all teams of staff including SLT, Middle Leaders, SEND, Attendance Officer, class teachers, form tutors, and administrative staff.
- To promote high expectations of all pupils and instil school standards in all aspects, including attendance and punctuality, behaviour, academic achievement, uniform, and appearance.
- To provide a high standard of pastoral care for pupils, supporting vulnerable pupils and working in partnership with key staff and external agencies.
