Global Senior Brand Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Global Senior Brand Manager to lead our strategic global category in one of our European Head Offices. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a 5-year category strategy to drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the total brand & category strategy across Europe, coordinating with cross-functional teams and senior management stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute innovation pipelines, including concept development, research, and product launches.
  • Collaborate with creative and media agencies to develop activation toolkits, leveraging consumer insights and touchpoints.
  • Report and track the impact of marketing actions on sales, analyzing data to inform future strategies.
  • P&L ownership, including A&P management and optimization.
Requirements
  • Leadership skills with a proven record of strategic thinking and execution.
  • Solid business acumen, strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work at pace with a constant willingness to learn.
  • Proven track record of generating growth through creative thinking, NPD management, and 4Ps excellence.
  • Stakeholder management skills, able to influence peers, leadership, exec, and local teams.
  • A strong drive for results, proactive, and curious attitude, with analytical skills and ability to build KPIs.
  • Moderate travel: 20-30% of the time.
  • Advanced English.
  • Experience analyzing market data (IQVIA, Nielsen, IRI,...) and financials (P&L ownership).
  • 6+ years of experience in Healthcare, OTC, or FMCG, with a passion for healthcare and brands.
