About the Role:

Eden Brown is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Engineering Lead to join our team. As a key member of our MEP Design consultancy, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of technically exceptional and profitable projects in the data centre sphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across various disciplines to drive the delivery of projects.
  • Monitor budgets and timelines to ensure designs meet high standards.
  • Maintain clear communication with the broader project and client teams.
  • Lead and mentor junior engineers and CAD technicians to support their growth and development.
  • Produce schematic diagrams, conduct fault and discrimination studies, prepare specifications and project reports, carry out site inspections and surveys, and develop detailed designs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Electrical Engineering, ideally within a data centre or critical systems context.
  • Extensive knowledge of electrical theory and proficiency with relevant design software.
  • Strong background in detailed coordination with other design disciplines.
  • Ability to manage and mentor junior engineers and CAD technicians.
  • Proven ability to produce high-quality designs and reports.
