We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Retail Manager to join our team at We Buy Any Car Ltd.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing regional sales objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees within the area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and Motivate Retail Branch Managers: Lead and motivate a team of Retail Branch Managers to drive sales performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Participate in Daily Conference Calls: Participate in regular conference calls to discuss sales performance, market trends, and business strategies.
  • Conduct Weekly 1-2-1's with Buyer Development Leaders: Meet with Buyer Development Leaders on a weekly basis to discuss sales performance, provide feedback, and set goals.
  • Perform Daily Branch Visits: Conduct regular visits to Retail Branches to monitor sales performance, provide coaching, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain Good Working Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key contacts and clients to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Experience in a Regional Manager/Area Manager Role
  • Excellent Leadership and Communication Skills
  • Strong Business Acumen and Analytical Skills
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
  • Highly Organized and Able to Multi-Task
