About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to join our team in Newport, where you will be responsible for leading our Domiciliary care branch. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing strategies to meet the needs of our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

About You

Requirements

  • You should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in Domiciliary Care Management.\
  • You should have a UK driving license and be willing to drive frequently.\
  • You should be based in Cardiff, but willing to cover multiple locations in Wales.\
  • You should be available to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends.\
  • You should have a passion for delivering high-quality care services.\

What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including up to 33 days annual leave, flexible working hours, and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
