Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage services in the absence of a permanent manager, whether due to illness, annual leave, or recruitment of a new manager.
  • Provide induction and guidance to newly appointed service managers, ensuring a smooth handover.
  • Collaborate with the regional manager to conduct audits, oversee special projects, and execute action plans effectively.
  • Maintain high standards of care and service, ensuring compliance with regulatory, contractual, and company guidelines.

About You:

  • Proven experience in service management within the care sector or similar environment.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and resources in a dynamic setting.
  • Ability to manage transitions smoothly, supporting and inducting new managers as needed.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards and quality assurance processes in care services.
  • A proactive and hands-on leadership approach ensuring consistency and quality across all services.

Location:

Chester, Merseyside, Solihull, and Cradley Heath (Birmingham)

Salary: Up to £42,000 per year
