Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Planned Preventative Maintenance on Plant Room Equipment
  • Diagnose and rectify faults in mechanical systems
  • Install replacement plant and components as necessary
  • Maintain and repair communal ventilation systems
  • Identify and report faults promptly
  • Keep accurate digital records of all work performed
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure exceptional service delivery
  • Meet planned commitments to clients
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service
  • Adhere to Health and Safety regulations
  • Participate in call-out duties as required
  • Ensure proper care and maintenance of the vehicle
  • Report any vehicle malfunctions in a timely manner
Essential Requirements:
  • CCN1 – Core Domestic Gas Safety certification
  • Proven experience in commercial gas maintenance
  • In-depth knowledge of heating and hot water systems
