Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is seeking a skilled Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gas-fired boiler plant and heating systems, with a focus on delivering high-quality planned and reactive works.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fault finding and repair of gas-fired boiler plant and heating systems
  • Carry out regular planned maintenance on gas assets
  • Provide regular updates to the helpdesk on the progress of all types of work orders
  • Support other engineering disciplines
  • Day-to-day management of Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks

Requirements:

  • Recognised gas qualification to City & Guilds/NVQ level, both Commercial and Domestic
  • Sound awareness of risk assessment and working safely with equipment
  • IPAF (MEWP) qualification desirable but not essential
  • Full driving licence required
  • Approved and formal apprenticeship served in relevant skill area or a minimum of 4 years relevant and practical experience within a similar industry
