Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Attract and retain customers by offering the highest quality service, reflecting the brand values.
  • Sales: Achieve commercial objectives of the shop and KPIS by transmitting the differential value of the brand to customers.
  • Shop Operations: Work as a team, carry out inventories, stock management, cash register, daily reports, among others, to ensure the point of sale runs smoothly.
  • Cultural Fit: Care for and be part of a positive team environment, encouraging collaboration and teamwork.
Requirements
  • Minimum two years of relevant experience in fashion retail.
  • English and other languages would be a plus.
  • Strong team player and commercial mindset.
  • Amazing communications skills.
