We are seeking a skilled and experienced Critical Care Nurse Specialist to join our team at HCA Healthcare UK. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to work in a state-of-the-art ITU/HDU Unit, specializing in complex colorectal, liver, urological, and spinal cases.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience within Intensive Therapy Units and a recognized post-graduate Critical Care Course. As a Senior ICU Nurse, you will be responsible for providing bespoke, complex care to patients, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team. You will also have experience managing others and coaching junior members of staff to help them progress.

We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus shift enhancements and a comprehensive benefits package. Our benefits include 25 days' holiday per year, private healthcare insurance, and a private pension contribution.
