Business Development Manager

Are you a seasoned professional in residential estate agency, passionate about client engagement and business-to-business relationships?

As a Business Development Executive at Cherry Pick People, you will drive leads and referrals from key accounts, building and maintaining relationships, attending key meetings, and promoting our company's offering. Travel to clients is required daily, and the ideal candidate will be mature, a natural people-person, independent, and possess excellent relationship skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend client meetings to promote our product and train external teams.
- Track and analyze sales reporting, using data to highlight and plan process improvements.
- Use our CRM to maintain and analyze all data.
- Work closely with the Relationship, Valuations, Marketing, and Customer Teams across the business.
Requirements:
- Several years' experience in residential estate agency to senior/management level.
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Highly commercial, results-focused.
- Strong skills in customer service and relationship management.
- Numerical/data-driven.
- Experienced working with B2B clients.
- Proficient using MS Office and comfortable working with various software platforms.
- Comfortable using CRMs, Salesforce ideally.
- Full UK driving license and own car.
Package:
- Salary guided up to £35,000 basic, plus commission and bonus taking it to £45-47,000 OTE.
- Additional travel, mileage, and car allowance.
- Monday to Friday - travel in your local region (3-4 times per week), with occasional trips to the office (1-2 times per month).
