Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Winners Recruitment in Truro. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing the recruitment process, and coordinating employee onboarding.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with employment laws and regulations.
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and oversee performance management processes.
- Resolve employee relations issues and mediate conflicts.
Requirements:
- Diploma Level 2+ in Human Resources.
- Proven experience as an HR professional, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle confidential information with discretion.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is between £32,000 - £35,000 per year, plus gratuities and non-contractual bonus. We offer a competitive benefits package, including opportunities for professional development and growth.
