About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Manager to lead our team at Blandford Grange, a large and spacious care home located in the picturesque town of Blandford Forum. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the home, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care and support.

Blandford Grange is a warm and welcoming home that provides a range of engaging activities and a relaxed atmosphere. Our staff are down-to-earth and approachable, and we are committed to providing a compassionate and respectful environment for our residents and staff.

About You

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about delivering quality care and has a proven track record of meeting CQC standards. You will have previous management experience in a nursing home setting and be able to create a compassionate and respectful environment for your staff and residents. A strong commercial acumen is desirable, as you will be accountable for the operations and activities within the home.
