About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Manager to lead our team at Blandford Grange, a large and spacious care home located in the picturesque town of Blandford Forum.

As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the home, including quality and governance, retention and recruitment, and financial performance. You will work closely with our team of nurses, carers, and support staff to ensure that our residents receive the highest standard of care and support.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of meeting CQC standards and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will have a strong commercial acumen and be able to create a compassionate and respectful environment for your staff and residents.

About Blandford Grange

Blandford Grange is a large and spacious care home located in the heart of Blandford Forum. We pride ourselves on our varied and engaging activities, which are designed to stimulate both mind and body. Our residents are at the heart of everything we do, and we are committed to ensuring that they receive the highest standard of care and support.

Our home is arranged over three floors, with 63 bedrooms that can be personalised to make them a real home-from-home. We have a range of lounges, dining rooms, and well-kept gardens for our residents to enjoy. We encourage our residents to bring their own treasured furnishings and belongings to make their room feel truly special.
