Hott Source is a leading IT and telecoms service provider in Hertfordshire, UK. We are seeking a highly skilled UC Engineer to join our team. As a UC Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers' telecoms services, including VoIP, broadband, ethernet, and mobile.

Your responsibilities will include provisioning and supporting telecoms services, resolving tickets, assisting the project team onboarding customers, and providing remote support to users. To succeed in this role, you should have proven experience in provisioning and supporting telecoms services, including VoIP, broadband, and mobile (Gamma Horizon, BT One Phone, Vodafone and O2). Experience configuring broadband routers (Technicolor and Draytek) and strong knowledge of telecoms infrastructure and equipment are also essential.
