Annual Salary: £40,000 - £50,000
We seek a highly skilled Child Development Coach to join our team in Oxfordshire, where you will contribute to the academic and personal growth of children and young people with diverse learning needs.
About the Role:
As a Child Development Coach, you will design and deliver tailored education programs that cater to the unique needs and abilities of each young person. You will also foster positive relationships with families and other stakeholders to ensure seamless support for each child.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans that align with each young person's goals and objectives
- Maintain accurate records of progress and communicate regularly with parents and guardians
- Collaborate with the SEN/SEND Support Team to guarantee consistent support for each young person
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years' experience working with children and young people with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or other Additional Educational Needs
- Experience in developing and implementing behavior management strategies
- Enhanced DBS clearance
- Two professional references
