Job Overview: Our client is a global food manufacturing business seeking an experienced QSHE Manager to join their team in Buckinghamshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and achieving high standards for safety, food safety, and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the QSHE team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective HACCP, SQF, and FSMA systems.
  • Collaborate with functional departments to ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance.
  • Conduct customer and third-party audits to maintain high standards.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in quality/HSE leadership in the food manufacturing industry.
  • Degree in Food science or related field, Masters preferred.
  • NEBOSH Diploma qualified would be preferred.
  • Lead auditor certification.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
  • 10% discretionary bonus.
  • 25 days holidays + bank holidays.
