About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Spa Therapist to deliver exceptional customer experiences in our Ocean Spa. As a key member of our team, you'll provide high-quality treatments and exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body wraps
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for our guests
  • Work collaboratively with our therapist team to maintain a high standard of service and quality
  • Contribute to the upkeep and maintenance of our spa facilities

About You

We're looking for someone with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to maintaining high standards. You should be a team player with excellent communication skills and a warm, welcoming demeanor.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in beauty, massage, or holistic therapy (or equivalent)
  • Experience in a spa or wellness environment (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of professionalism
