Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide specialist respiratory advice to acutely unwell respiratory patients
  • Facilitate early discharge or prevent admission of respiratory patients where appropriate
  • Ensure respiratory patients benefit from specialist input when managed on an outlying ward
  • Participate in the General Internal Medicine responsibilities of the Respiratory Team, including the general medical on call
  • Support the development of sub-specialist services according to your expertise
Requirements:
  • Valid GMC registration
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Minimum of 3 months paid experience in the NHS/UK
  • Clinical attachment complete
