Receptionist Opportunity

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team at our hotel in Stratford-upon-Avon. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where no two days are ever the same. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Managing the front desk, handling check-ins and check-outs, and processing payments.
  • Assisting with room assignments, key card distribution, and other administrative tasks.
  • Collaborating with the hotel team to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
