About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Eden Hotel Collection. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room allocation.
  • Process payments, handle guest complaints, and maintain accurate records.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to enhance the guest experience.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our hotel's facilities, services, and local area.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and genuine approach.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good IT skills, with experience using hotel management systems.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
