Laboratory Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Laboratory Technician to join our team at Eurofins UK Environment Testing. As a Laboratory Technician, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day preparation and analysis of water samples within our laboratory, adhering to documented procedures and ensuring the highest quality results.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and analyze water samples using good laboratory practices.
- Ensure samples are handled in accordance with documented procedures, including temperature control, storage, and maintenance of sample integrity.
- Maintain accurate records as detailed in our quality procedures.
- Collaborate with the Team Leader and Laboratory Manager to achieve daily targets and ensure client turnaround times are met.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives with the team.
- Report any anomalies or concerns directly to your line leader.
- Interact with clients in a professional manner and address any queries or concerns.
- Maintain client and company confidentiality.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and fittings as directed.
- GCSE grade C or above in Maths, English, Chemistry, or Biology, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good laboratory skills and practices.
- Enthusiasm, energy, and a driven outlook.
