Job Title: Laboratory Technician

Join Eurofins UK Environment Testing as a Laboratory Technician and contribute to the day-to-day preparation and analysis of water samples within our laboratory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyze water samples using good laboratory practices.
  • Ensure samples are handled in accordance with documented procedures, including temperature control, storage, and maintenance of sample integrity.
  • Maintain accurate records as detailed in quality procedures.
  • Work with the team to achieve daily targets and ensure client turnaround time is met.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Report any anomalies or concerns to the line leader.
  • Interact with clients in a professional manner and address any queries or concerns.
  • Uphold and maintain client and company confidentiality.
  • Maintain laboratory fittings and equipment as directed.
Requirements:
  • GCSE grade C or above in Maths, English, Chemistry, or Biology, or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Good laboratory skills and practices.
  • Enthusiasm, energy, and a driven outlook.
