Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize the Volta Charger e-commerce presence across Amazon Seller Central, TikTok Shops, and other relevant platforms to drive sales growth and improve customer experience.
  • Ensure seamless operation of the online store, including product listings, inventory management, pricing strategies, and payment systems.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase traffic, conversion rates, and average order value on our website and marketplace platforms, while ensuring that these efforts align with Volta's charity goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create compelling product pages, promotional banners, and landing pages that highlight our charity-focused mission across all e-commerce channels.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, web analytics, and marketplace performance to continuously improve customer experiences and optimize sales.
  • Lead e-commerce campaigns and sales events on Amazon, TikTok, and other platforms, ensuring that a portion of the proceeds supports Volta's charitable initiatives, such as funding education and healthcare in underserved communities.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance Volta's social impact through sustainable business practices in the e-commerce space.
  • Stay updated on trends, tools, and technologies specific to e-commerce and marketplace platforms to ensure Volta remains competitive while maintaining a strong commitment to social responsibility.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms, including Amazon Seller Central, TikTok Shops, and other online marketplaces.
  • Strong understanding of marketplace optimization, listing management, SEO, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive actionable insights.
  • Experience working with content management systems, marketplace platforms, and digital marketing tools.
  • Passion for social impact, with a clear understanding of how e-commerce can be leveraged to support charitable efforts.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for improving online user experiences.
  • Ideal 2+ years of experience in e-commerce management, with specific experience on platforms like Amazon Seller Central and TikTok Shops.
  • Familiarity with online sales strategies, digital marketing trends, and marketplace optimization.
  • Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and understanding of SEO and PPC strategies.
  • Adaptable and eager to learn about emerging e-commerce tools and technologies.
