Nurse Care Professional

As a Registered Nurse at Ivydene Residential and Nursing Home, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents.
We offer a competitive salary of £20.55 per hour, with opportunities for overtime, as well as a £3000 welcome bonus.
About the Role:
- Deliver personalised care to residents in line with their individual care plans, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.
- Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Foster a supportive team environment, promoting kindness and respect towards residents, their families, and colleagues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Experience working in a clinical setting, preferably in a care home environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances.
