Care and Case Management Services (CCMS) is seeking a compassionate and skilled Female Care Assistant to join our team. As a bank staff member, you will provide 24-hour care to a male client with a severe brain injury, living in his own home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Provide 2:1 and 1:1 care, as per the client's care plan
  • Facilitate engagement in activities of daily living, hobbies, and accessing the community
  • Assist with managing challenging behaviors, using a calm and confident demeanor

Requirements:

  • Previous care experience, particularly with clients with acquired brain injuries
  • Emotional resilience, patience, and a good sense of humor
  • Driver with a full UK license
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including sleeping nights and weekend shifts
