Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Property Manager to join our team in Suffolk or Cambridgeshire. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for providing a full property management service in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring that all properties are maintained to a high standard and that tenants are satisfied with their living conditions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the service provided.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify any maintenance or repair issues and ensure that they are addressed promptly.
  • Manage the lettings process, including marketing properties, showing properties to potential tenants, and negotiating rentals.
  • Provide excellent customer service to landlords and tenants, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in property management, preferably in Suffolk or Cambridgeshire.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of property management systems and software, preferably including property management software and accounting systems.
