About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Support Manager to join our Digital Services team at Velindre University NHS Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering transformative digital systems and insight-led solutions that improve services and outcomes for our patients and donors.

Main Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing your own digital projects, working collaboratively with stakeholders to identify and reconcile key interests, and planning effectively to deliver successful outcomes. You will also be involved in setting operational, technical, and strategic objectives, and assessing project feasibility and negotiating necessary amendments.

Requirements

  • Education to degree level and postgraduate diploma or equivalent experience
  • Prince 2 Foundation (formal or informal, or willing to work towards attainment)
  • Evidence of further development - education/training

Desirable Qualifications and Skills

  • Agile training (formal or informal, or willing to work towards attainment)
  • Understanding of the use and benefits of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) within a healthcare setting
