At Service Care Solutions Ltd, we are committed to providing high-quality care services to vulnerable young people. We are currently seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Registered Manager of one of our Children's Homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead diverse placements for complex, high-risk young people in a safe and supportive environment.
  • Champion recruitment, training, and service development within the organization to ensure the highest standards of care.
  • Evaluate performance and inform continuous improvement using data-driven insights.
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards, including Ofsted inspections and safeguarding policies.
  • Take the lead on safeguarding matters, ensuring the safety and well-being of young people at all times.
  • Effectively manage resources to ensure financial efficiency while adhering to regulations.

Your Qualifications and Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a management role within a social care setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations, Quality Standards, and Safeguarding Frameworks.
  • A proven track record in change management and supporting complex cases involving vulnerable young people.
  • A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent), along with a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce or related qualifications.
