BIM Process Manager

The BIM Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing the Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across multiple offices. This position ensures the accurate, efficient, and coordinated production of digital models, providing leadership and expertise to project teams and firm leaders.
BIM ImplementationDevelop and enforce BIM standards and protocols, ensuring all project teams adhere to best practices. Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate BIM processes throughout the project lifecycle.
Revit ManagementOversee the use of Revit software for project modeling, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and efficiency. Manage file structure, templates, families, automation, and add-ins.
Team CoordinationTrain staff and provide ongoing support on BIM processes and software usage, enhancing team capabilities. Conduct regular audits of BIM models to evaluate compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
Technology ManagementStay updated on the latest BIM technologies and software developments, recommending and implementing new tools and methodologies as appropriate. Manage software license usage.
Requirements- Certified Revit Manager with at least two years of experience or at least five years of experience in a similar role.
