BIM Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Manager to oversee and manage the Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across multiple offices. This role requires strong leadership and technical expertise to ensure the accurate, efficient, and coordinated production of digital models.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and enforce BIM standards and protocols to ensure best practices across project teams.
  • Oversee the use of Revit software for project modeling, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate BIM processes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Train staff and provide ongoing support on BIM processes and software usage.
  • Conduct regular audits of BIM models to evaluate compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Certified Revit Manager with at least two years of experience or at least five years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and technical expertise in BIM processes and Revit software.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
