About the Role

We're seeking a skilled cleaner to join our Play Xperience Activity Centre team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of our facilities, ensuring our guests have an Altogether More Entertaining and Fun Break.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining floors, cleaning and dusting furniture and fittings in designated areas
  • Working at heights, cleaning internal windows, doors, and all toilets within the Play Experience Activity Centre
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm, friendly welcome to our guests

You'll work closely with our wider resort teams across all departments, supporting the delivery of an exceptional guest experience.

About You

We're looking for a team player who is passionate about delivering exceptional results and providing outstanding customer service. You'll be a great communicator, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
