Job Title: Homecare Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Homecare Support Professional to join our team at Corkey House, Belfast. As a Homecare Support Professional, you will provide high-quality care and support to residents within the Christian ethos of the Presbyterian Church in Ireland.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized care and support to residents
  • Assist residents with daily living tasks, such as eating and toileting
  • Encourage residents to maintain their independence and mobility
  • Contribute to care planning and assessment for residents' needs
  • Administer medication after receiving proper training

Requirements:

  • Understanding of and respect for older people's needs
  • Willingness to undertake training as required
  • Awareness of health and safety practices in a working environment
  • Proficiency in English language and numeracy skills
  • Flexibility to work additional hours if required
